We (at OT SDA) will be holding the next 6-session healthy Plant-based Cooking Classes 2.0 focusing on diet/foods & juices-related prevention and therapeutic strategies for diabetes type 2, hypertension, and heart diseases. Dates are Saturday (Sabbath) June 1 (4-6pm), and Sundays June 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30 (6-8 pm). 2 sessions will be focused on each disease.
The first 30-40 mins will be devoted to presenting a brief outline of the disease focus and various diet links (good & bad).
