We (at OT SDA) will be holding the next 6-session healthy Plant-based Cooking Classes 2.0 focusing on diet/foods & juices-related prevention and therapeutic strategies for diabetes type 2, hypertension, and heart diseases. Dates are Sundays June 2nd, 9th, 13th 16th, 23rd and 30th (6-8 pm). 2 sessions will be focused on each disease.
The first 30-40 mins will be devoted to presenting a brief outline of the disease focus and various diet links (good & bad).
